The fifth Meeting on Astrophysical Spectroscopy was held from September 12 to 15, 2023 at Palić, Serbia. The meeting was held in Palić, with the venue at “Hotel Prezident – Palić“.
News:
- Special Issue of "Contributions of the Astronomical Observatory Skalnaté Pleso (CAOSP)". - Deadline for the special issue of Universe is now extended to 31.01.2024. -The winner of the Best Poster Award is Filip Arnaut. This decision was made by the Special Committee and announced at the closing ceremony. 
In cooperation with the Universe journal, during the meeting we will organize a Special Session:
"Astronomy and Earth Observations: multi-instrumental approach and theory". Selected lectures and posters presented at this Special Session will be published in Universe, as a Special Issue: "New Insights into Astronomy and Earth Observations: From Observations to the Theory" More details are given here. We welcome not only contributions from participants of this meeting, but also all original and high-quality relevant manuscripts from scientists working on above-mentioned topics. We look forward to receiving your contributions. BEST POSTER AWARD: An award will be given for the Best Poster presented at the conference. This award is sponsored by Physics MDPI journal with the amount of 200 CHF (details here).. Only PhD students and young postdoc researchers (7 years after obtaining the PhD) are eligible for the award. The winner will be announced at the conference closing ceremony. |
